The i5-7260U is a 7th gen Intel Core i5 processor, offering better performance compared to the Celeron J3455 in the NUC6CAYH, translating to smoother playback, especially for high-resolution media or when transcoding for multiple users simultaneously. 8GB RAM should be sufficient for a basic Jellyfin media server setup. Monitor RAM usage and adjust if needed, but for basic streaming, 8GB should be adequate.
