Move Rarotonga (and all containers) to Tahiti (tc01.2k9.08.19)

The Plan: move all Docker containers from Rarotonga to Tahiti (making it temporarily * the primary Docker container server) so that Rarotonga can become a backup server.

Why? Tahitiis much better equipped to be the primary container server due to its 8GB of RAM and much faster quad-core CPU while Rarotonga is much better suited as a backup server due to its easily upgradeable hard drive. Eventually, Rarotonga will become a secondary backup, with the primary backup writing backup files to the NAS.

BASIC STEPS

  1. create user lono
  2. transfer rarotonga/home/lono - all files to tongatapu/home/lono
  3. change Rarotonga's static IP
  4. change Tongatapu's static IP to 10.10.10.222
  5. test services
* Tongatapu will only be the primary Docker server until I get a HA cluster setup.
